Christ Church, Eastbourne
About our ParishThe Parish of Christ Church was originally formed in 1864 and encompassed a large area in the east of Eastbourne. In 1905 the Parish of St Philip was created, and in 1933 the Parish of St Andrew. Most of the housing within the present parish was originally built by the Eastbourne Artisans' Dwellings Company in the late 19th/early 20th century as a form of social housing.
