part of the Barnstaple Area Team Ministry. The Vicar of St.Paul's is the only licensed Team Vicar, the Priest-in-Charge is the Archdeacon of Barnstaple. There are a number of mixed Community Priest / Pioneer Priest roles also in the Benefice.
