Braunstone Town and Thorpe Astley

About our Parish

We are a parish just over the boundary with the City of Leicester. We have a population of some 15,000 in the parish divided into two main areas, Braunstone Town and Thorpe Astley. The Church was built in 1988 and opened in February 1989. The congregation reflects the multicultural nature of the area. The congregation is between 40 and 50 each Sunday. We try to cater for the needs of children. We are available for baptisms (Christening)and weddings. We also exercise a ministry of healing. Contact the Priest in Charge.

We have now started a monthly service at Thorpe Astley Community Centre on the last Sunday of each month at 4.00pm

Population: 15000
