St. Clement, Chorlton cum Hardy

About our Parish

Chorlton-cum-Hardy is approximately 4 miles from the Manchester City Centre. Chorlton is a cosmopolitan neighbourhood with traditional residential family areas as well as younger, vibrant communities, with two major high streets which cross one another (Wilbraham Road and Barlow Moor Road). Beech Road is in the parish, which boasts many trendy shops, pubs and wine bars which characterize the alternatives of modern urban and suburban living.

Chorlton is home to a large selection of pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants and is a popular place with many to socialise, both those who live here, and those who wander in for Chorlton's charm and character.
