About our Parish

A pleasant village, 7 miles from Dereham, Watton and Swaffham, with a fine Village Green (winner of best-in-Norfolk on several occasions), and home to Bradenham Cricket Club. Originally two villages of East and West Bradenham, each with church, school, shops and pubs, it now has only the church of St Andrew, West Bradenham, open for worship, the old East Bradenham school is a fine Village Hall, the old West Bradenham school is a private house, and the nearest village shops are in Shipdham, 3 miles away. One pub survives.

Population: 600
