About our Parish

The parish of Water Stratford comprises 42 houses in the village, which lies on a single North-South road connecting the A422 and A421; two houses and a pub at Bufflers Holt on the A422; and nine dwellings in open country.

The church of St Giles is famed for its Rector from 1674 to 94, Revd John Mason, hymn writer and proclaimer of the Second Coming.
