St. Anne, Sale

About our Parish

St Anne�s Parish is on the east side of Sale and is essentially an island! Our boundaries are the Bridgewater Canal, the River Mersey and the Brooklands Brook and if you live within that triangle, you probably live in this Parish.

We have two Churches: St Anne's in the centre of the Parish, off Northenden Road and St Francis in the centre of Sale Moor estate.

Sale is a dormitory town; there are a few local businesses but many who live here work in the wider North West area, making use of the great transport links.

Our Parish is tasked with engaging the local communities with the reality of God's mission. It's a great vocation and one we seek to live up to, by God's grace, with joy, humour and love.
