Churchyard and Graves

St. Peter's has a churchyard management plan which is reviewed and updated annually.

Most of the churchyard is laid to grass. There are some trees including Irish yew, maple,  cypresses, holly, ash and elder.

The churchyard is closed to new burials.

West - 20 marked graves.

North - two marked graves.

East - five marked graves.

War Grave

There is one war grave in the south east section of the churchyard.

Private Sydney Pullen, service number 39803, died 09/09/1917, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry).

The parish cemetery is to the east of the churchyard across the rhine.
