Remembering Our Loved Ones
This is a candlelit service of remembrance and thanksgiving in celebration of the lives of those who we have loved and have died. The Service will consist of prayers and readings and there will be periods of silence for private and personal reflection. There will also be an opportunity to light a candle as a symbol of our undying love for those dear departed who were special in our hearts. Please contact Revd. Judith if you would like to talk about any particular matter in your life that this Service may touch upon, or if you simply wish to know more about the Service.
Sunday 5th November 2017 at 4:00 PM for 1 hour
Remembrance Service
This is a parade service with representatives of the Armed Forces and other uniformed organisations in attendance. We start at the Boxford War Memorial on the north side of the churchyard at 10:50 a.m. and hold the traditional solemn two minute silence at 11:00 a.m. after the reading of the Roll of Honour. As well as those whose names appear on the Roll of Honour we will have in our minds all those who have given their lives in the service of this country in all wars and conflicts.
