Mass of Our Lady of Walsingham
The regular monthly service for members of our Cell Of Our Lady of Walsingham. We welcome Rev. Canon Antony Lane of St. Augustine's Church, Gillingham, to preside and preach.

Our main act of worship each week, when we gather to hear God's Word proclaimed and to receive Holy Communion. We use the modern-language form of service, with a modicum of traditional Catholic ceremonial to foster a sense of the mystery of the Mass. We sing a mixture of traditional and more modern hymns, together with a simple congregational Mass setting, led by our cantor(s) and volunteer organist. Children and young people are invited to either stay for the whole service, or to go to Sunday School (after the Gospel) if they wish, joining the rest of the assembly for Communion. The Sunday School is held on Sundays during term-time, according to demand. For young families, there is a carpeted 'safe space' especially for them, with room to move around, soft toys, and plenty of colouring materials.Every Sunday

Holy Communion at St. Augustine's Church, Gillingham

A said service which takes place every Saturday morning. The church is open for coffee, a chat, private prayer, or just a look around until 12 noon. (N.B. If no priest is available, the service may take the form of lay-led Communion from the Reserved Sacrament.)Every Saturday
