Puttenham: St Mary

St Mary's Church in Puttenham is set in the beautiful countryside of the northwest corner of Hertfordshire. It is surrounded by fields, so enjoys a peaceful location. It is our "Afternoon Church" of the team parish and services are held at 3.30pm at present once a month on the fourth Sunday afternoon. There are different styles of worship but most use liturgy from The Book of Common Prayer. Hospitality is very important at St Mary's and on the fourth Sunday you will be treated to tea following the Sung Evensong service, once restrictions are lifted. Throughout the year there are afternoon teas and lunches, and breakfast on Mayday following early morning madrigals is a must!
