We are a small but growing congregation, evolving our worship and discipleship to fit the demands of the current culture and thinking. Currently going throughan interregnum period but have started the process of appointing a new Priest-in-Charge - this postion has recently been advertised with an appointment hopefully in place this Spring. Our church style is based in the anglican tradition with active participation with the congregation encouraged. Our main Sunday Parish Communion is at 10.00 am, at which we have an open table. There is facility for children at this service.
We are a welcoming community and are pleased to have an open door policy regarding baptisms and weddings. We hold our Parish Office on a Monday evening from 7.00 - 7.30 pm, by prior arrangement. We hope to be able to re-introduce some weekday services as and when it is felt appropriate and practical. We do run House Groups and are active members of our local Churches Together network.
The building was completed in 1960 and is of the modernist style. The feeling of the building is open, light and airy and blends itself well to contemporary worship. The building has been well maintained and conforms to disability access requirments with both external and internal ramps. We have a refurbished "Community Room" which is available for use by the community. Social activities are encouraged and we now hold a Wednesday afternoon Bingo Club and a monthly Saturday morning Coffee Morning with table top sales.
We can't display parish boundaries on this page at the moment. View the map with boundary in Google Maps
