Rushmere

St Andrew’s is the parish church of Rushmere, which is located on the north east side of Ipswich (IP5 1DH).  Our aim is to be a witness to the Christian faith within the Church of England, drawing people into the worship of God, in particular, through its threefold ministry of worship, hospitality and prayer; and allowing a wide range of Anglican traditions to flourish.

The parish of Rushmere: St Andrew is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers. The Diocese of St.Edmundsbury & Ipswich’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
