The St Leonard’s Women’s Guild, 1942- 2008, after sixty years of devoted service, although resuscitation was considered, passed peacefully into history on February 7th 2008.

In its place the St Leonard’s Fellowship was inaugurated on Thursday March 6th, 2008.

Everyone is invited to join.  Men come along and take an active part. It meets once a month on the first Thursday of the month in the Parish Room at the back of the church. The emphasis is on discussions and speakers on topical matters. Being a church-member is not a requirement, but every church needs a support group where people can make friends, share ideas and extend Sunday into the week. There is no age limit, up or down.

Our aim is to find out about the modern world around us and show God’s caring love to each other and to people we meet in our everyday lives.
So go on – give us a try – you might learn something new and make new friends. Better still, you might have something to share with us.
