St Michael & All Angels

There has been a church on the present site of St Michael & All Angels for almost  700 years. Some medieval features remain although the church is mainly Victorian having been rebuilt in 1872 following a devastating fire in 1870.

We believe that Jesus’ love is not just for those who come regularly to church but is to be shown to everyone. We are always happy to hear from people interested in our church,  please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Skelbrooke: St Michael & All Angels is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Sheffield’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Dr Ruth Roche ([email protected] or 07973226792) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor using the button below.

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
