St.Peter & St.Paul's is the Parish Church of Somborne with Ashley situated at the heart of the village of King 's Somborne. The Church provides regular Services on Sundays and Wednesdays, and has as its mission the responsibility of telling the good news about the love of God, offering friendship and service to all members of the community and the holding of baptisms, weddings and funerals.

The Priest in Charge is Revd. Robert Stapleton and Reader is Mrs.Sue Holligan; organists are Mr.Guy Boney, Mr. Bill Sutton and Mrs. Pam Monk.

Details of all Services and events can be found in the Parish magazine “The Gauntlet” which is managed by the Church and which is distributed freely to all homes in the community.

Current details can also be found on the notice board in the Church porch.

For those more interested in the history and fabric of this beautiful Church, a detailed Guide is available.

Within the Parish there are two redundant Churches – All Saint's, Little Somborne and St.Mary's, Ashley which each hold two or three Services every year.

The Parish Church's monthly “ AliVE ” service aims to offer a less formal, more flexible form of worship with modern music provided by local musicians on a Sunday evening.

A “Tiny Tots” group meets each week for mothers and their youngest children as does an after school 'FunDay' club on Mondays together with a Sunday Night group for age 9+ and a House Group for secondary school age children.

In addition the Church is supported by enthusiastic teams of singers, bell-ringers, needle workers and others and holds a number of regular Social and Fund-raising events.
