Our church is a mixture of diverse people, with many different gifts and abilities. We try to recognise and use these gifts in many ways in our church family.
Our Leadership Team are people who play a prominent part in the life of the church, and have clearly define roles and areas of responsibility.
We have an elected Church Council who oversee the life of the church, and is the key decision making group within the church.
We have an agreed Mission, and try each year to be guided by it as we follow God's calling to be his church in Southwater.
As a church we want to play our part in the wider world, and so support different Partners in Mission in addition to local, national and international charities.

This service is informal, with interactive learning and readings and prayers. With the uniformed organizations joining us, this service is aimed at older children, teens and the adults. The music aims to be a gathering together of children and adults into a wonderful orchestra. The children are in church throughout (with special activities for pre-school children).

This service seeks to develop faith amongst adults interactively and informally. We use a projector rather than books, but like our communion service the children would go out after the opening worship. The remainder of the service has a teaching/prayer/reflective focus, aimed at adults.
