Holy Trinity Church Springfield, is the Anglican Parish Church serving the Springfield Park and Parklands Drive communities in Chelmsford.
We aim to be:-
· A biblically based Church with a faithful witness to Jesus Christ in the 21st Century.
· Active in our partnership with the world church.
We endeavour to make:-
· Our welcome warm,
· Our worship meaningful,
· Our fellowship a beacon of hope in the community.

Our church building, built in 1843, has a grand frontage of its time. Inside, the building has been completely renewed to provide a warm, comfortable and flexible environment for modern worship. Our dedicated welcome team are here to explain the services and let you know what will happen. After the service we welcome you to stay for coffee and fellowship with us.

We think that meaningful worship, biblical teaching, vibrant children’s work, world church partnership, and a warm welcome are particular strengths at Holy Trinity

Sunday

Holy Communion
Every second third fourth and fifth Sunday at 8:00 AM for 50 minutes

Family Communion
Every first Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1½ hours

Family Service
Every second third fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1½ hours

Fellowship lunch
Each second sunday of the Month we have a fellowship lunch of soup and a roll in aid of Tear Fund - the monies not spent on Sunday lunch being given to the fund. An excellent way to meet people in the church
changed to third week if falling at Easter every second Sunday at 12:30 PM for 1½ hours

Evening prayer
Every first second and third Sunday at 6:30 PM for 1 hour

Holy Communion
Every fourth Sunday at 6:30 PM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Cafe Church
cafe Church uses talks, discussion, comedy, film and music in a relaxed atmosphere to explore contemporary issues of faith.
Every fifth Sunday at 7:00 PM for 2 hours

Tuesday

Fellowship groups
We run several fellowship groups in the daytime and in the evening of varying styles. Some Bible Study, some reflective, some social.

weekly prayer for the church, parish and world mission partnerships
Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM for ½ hour

Together with God
Monthly Prayer event for Church, Parish and world mission

Starlites
Fun for free for pre-school children! Messy Bits ~ Music ~ Stories Drinks ~ Nibbles
Term time Only every Wednesday at 1:30 PM for 1½ hours

Afternoon Crafts
Creative fingers and Friendsip at this monthly event
Every fourth Wednesday at 2:00 PM for 2 hours

First wednesday ladies
The first Wednesday Ladies meet every first wednesday of the month at 7pm to heear interesting speakers and to share in fellowship together.

Thursday

Balmoral Court Service
A service held in the local Sheltered Accomodation for residents and friends
Every first Thursday at 3:00 PM for ½ hour

Tyrells Lodge - Thursday Thought
An informal chat over tea at 3pm with the thought for the month and a prayer for residents an friends
Every second Thursday at 3:00 PM for ½ hour

St Annes Court Service
A service in the local Sheltered Accomodation for residents and friends
Every third Thursday at 3:00 PM for ½ hour

Saturday

Fellowship Walk
each month we walk inthe countryside for 3 - 4 miles just to enjoy nature and each other.
Every third Saturday at 1:00 PM for 2 hours
