The Italianate Church of St George the Martyr serves the growing and busy community of Wash Common to the south of Newbury, the site of the first battle of Newbury in 1643. Please join us to worship at any of our regular weekday or Sunday services.

A more traditional said service
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for 40 minutes

1st Sundays: Family Communion
An all-age sung service, followed by tea and coffee in the Hall.
Every first Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Sunday: Parish Communion
A sung service followed by tea and coffee in the Hall.
Every second third fourth and fifth Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
