Our Children & Families Minister is Jane Myhill.

Hi,
I’m Jane and I’m really excited to be Children and Families Minister for St Johns Church in Swalecliffe, with Chestfield too!
I’m married to David and we have two children. We have a couple of dogs as well as a cat, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs and lots of fish! I’m a fan of soap operas, Strictly, films and reading.
I believe God loves everyone from the youngest to the oldest and I’m looking forward to working alongside children and families, helping them to know God’s love for each of them, both individually and as families. Being part of a family is amazing, lots of fun and laughter and making memories but there is the balance of sleepless nights, working and all the other commitments we have as parents; we know it can make family life a challenge.
I’m passionate about children, families and communities working together with everyone involved and people being alongside each other to help and support each other. I love it when generations come together, enjoy being in each other’s company and care for each other.
