St Barnabas is a friendly, Bible teaching church in Blackburn, Lancashire.
Our Sunday meetings at 11am include Sunday School for the younger members.
We have many activities midweek, including:
Bible Studies on Tues at 10am, Tues at 7.45pm and Wed at 7.30pm,
Children's Bible teaching groups on Tuesdays at 4pm, 5.15pm and 6.30,
Wednesday lunchtime The Bible Talks at Wesley Hall, 1pm to 2pm with sandwich lunch provided,
Thursday Communion at 9.30.
We also run a Cafe and a Christian Bookshop
Cafe opens Tues to Sat, 10am to 2pm.
Bookshop opens Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat, 10.30am to 1pm
We are having a Real Lives mission on 14th to 19th October 2014, with Roger Carswell. Several churches are involved in organising the event. All are welcome to attend.
We are a partner church of the North West Partnership and support the GAFCON initiative.

Christianity Explored Courses are held 3 times a year at the vicarage. We meet for an hour, usually on Thursday evenings, and the course is for 7 weeks .This is an opportunity to come along and find out what Christianity is really all about.
