Welcome to St. Michael’s Church, Steeple Claydon. It is one of three churches within the benefice of the Claydons in North Buckinghamshire and also part of the new team of the Claydons and Swan.
We endeavour to be a Christian fellowship welcoming to all regardless of age, background or experience and we are seeking to make relevant connections with all newcomers, visitors, the communities around us and any who are in need. Alpha and Freedom in Christ courses are regularly held and six home groups are currently meeting each week. Traditional and contemporary worship, prayer ministry, an Easter Children’s Holiday Club, regular lunches together – such are a few of the features important to us in sharing the love and example of Jesus.
A Parish Room has recently been completed for both internal church use and also for hire amongst the community. If you are looking for a growing, committed and engaging Christian fellowship, please do come and see us – it would be great to meet you.

An 8.00am Prayer Book Communion Service takes place every 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month
Every second and third Sunday at 8:00 AM for ¾ hour
Every fifth Sunday of the month, a Claydons and Swan Team Communion Service at differing venues
Every Fifth Sunday of the month namely 4 times a year every fifth Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Every First Sunday of the month, an All-Age Family and Child friendly service
Every first Sunday at 11:00 AM for 1 hour
Common Worship Communion Service every second Sunday of the month.
Every second Sunday at 11:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Every third Sunday of the monrth a non-communion Morning Worship with emphasis upon teaching
Every third Sunday at 11:00 AM for 1 hour
Every fourth Sunday of the month, a Family Communion Service which is both Family and Child friendly
Every fourth Sunday at 11:00 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Wednesday
'Church Mice' - a Mums and Toddlers weekly Group which meets every Wednesday morning throughout the year at 10.30am
