This church is part of the wider Severnside Benefice, which comprises the Parishes of Chaceley, Forthampton, Deerhurst with Apperley, and Tredington with Stoke Orchard and Hardwicke.

The Benefice is set in the beautiful Severn Vale, and is part of the Diocese of Gloucester.

St James is a Compostella pilgrim church, and has many features of interest including significant wall paintings.

Sunday

Holy Communion
A service for all. On first and third Sundays this service takes place at Tredington Church, five minutes up the road. This service is occasionally replaced by Morning Worship.
On First and Third Sundays the service is held at Tredington. On Second and Fourth Sundays the service is held at Stoke Orchard. The churches are only five minutes drive apart. Close to Christmas and Easter, it is worth telephoning the Vicarage to conf every second and fourth Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour
