St Peter's Youth Activities

FFWD and 4real will continue to run every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month: 4real @ 6-7.30pm and ffwd @7-8.30 pm, both at St Peter's Church Hall

That's Feb 21st, March 7th, and March 21st.

Events at Barston (Refresh on Friday Night) and Hampton in Arden (Sunday nights 'Barts' on 2nd and 4th Sundays from 7.00) are also on-going....

Barts: 14th Feb Valentine's (!); 28th 'Buzz'; 14th March Comedy Evening

Refresh: Age 10-17, every Friday 7.30 - 9.30 @ The Institute (opposite the Bull's Head Pub).

The Rock Youth Centre will be open every Wednesday and Friday: Wednesday evenings is for Year 6 and 7's, 7-9.00pm and Friday evenings is for age 11 to 17, 7-10pm - find us behind the HSBC in Balsall Common Village centre.

The church has a number of activities for people of secondary school age and above: These include

• Fast Forward (FFWD) the group for older teenagers, meet 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month
  for 'pudding and discussion'  at St Peter's Hall  from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm (see below)
• 4Real - (ages 11-15) meets 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, at St Peter's Hall from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm
• SPY (St Peter's Youth) - meet during the main morning service (9.30 Sundays)

and every few weeks, we have been holding  Worship Events across the three Cluster churches - which we call (because it is true) "Relevant" ,as well as other activities, some in conjunction with the Heart of England Secondary school, and our partner 'Cluster' Churches of St Swithin,Barston and St Mary & St Bartholomew, Hampton in Arden.

SPY meets in the Downton Room (in the Hall) during the first part of the main Sunday service, and then joins the main congregation for Communion.

4-Real: 

• From 6.00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, ending with half an hour of worship and fellowship 7-7.30

 FFwd: (Faith Fellowship Worship & Discipleship) -  

• From 7.00 - 7.30 pm, (Fellowship & Worship with 4Real) until 8.30, on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month - In the Hall.  We expect to re-locate this activity to happen at st Swithin's House, Barston, on Monday evenings - details soon when all agreed.

SPY - The Sunday Place for YPs 

Every Sunday at 9.30 - meeting in the Downton Room,  and joining the congregation in Church for blessing and communion then running the Fairtrade Stall during Coffee
