St Margaret of Antioch is part of the United Benefice of King's Beck, together with the villages of Banningham, Colby, Felmingham, Skeyton and Tuttington. Sung Eucharist is held every Sunday at 10am in rotation around the villages, with Evening Prayer at 5pm at Felmingham on Tuesday and Banningham on Thursday.

The church boasts a chancel dating from the second half of the 13th cent. and a 15th cent. tower.  Of particular note is the rood screen from 1534, which has superb carvings of animals and painted dado panels.
