REGULAR ACTIVITIES AT ST. MARY’S
The Tuesday Group meets monthly for a range of activities. See the programme at the back of church or contact Janet Davies on 423486.
The Tea Pot provides an opportunity for meeting and talking over a cup of tea and piece of cake every Wednesday from 10 30am in The Rectory Classroom.
A Prayer Circle offers regular prayer for those in need. If you know a need or person who you wish to be prayed for please mention it to one of the clergy or post a note into the Red Post Box at the back of the church.
Young People meet at St. Mary’s on Thursday evenings. Contact the Youth Minister, Nick Webb, on 422729.
Noah’s Ark, for toddlers and carers, takes place on Fridays during term.
Children’s Workshops take place once a month and are an opportunity for those attending to take part in a wide range of activities.
St. Mary’s Choir sings at the two sung Sunday services and is a four part choir of adults. They meet to rehearse at 7 45pm on Fridays.
The Choristers of St. Mary’s is a group of boys and girls from local schools who meet regularly to rehearse and sing for various services. They meet at 7pm on Fridays and new members aged from 7 to 18 are always welcome. Contact Bill Brown on 480819.
Bell Ringers meet to practice on a Wednesday evening and ring before both the main Sunday services.
