St Mary's,Tarrant Hinton

The Parish of St Mary's, Tarrant Hinton is now in the Benefice of Long Barrow , Dorset  with the parishes of Tarrant Gunville, Tarrant Monkton, Pimperne, Durweston and Stourpaine.  

You are very welcome to attend any services in the parishes mentioned above.  After 4 July 2024 the services at Tarrant Hinton will be:

1st Sunday of the month at approx 0915 Breakfast together where we alternate hosting with Tarrant Gunville and Tarrant Monkton in our village Halls.

2nd Sunday of the month - our 30 minute Service "Hinton Half Hour"  1030 - we meet for coffee at 1015 in Church

3rd Sunday of the month - no service at Tarrant Hinton.

4th Sunday of the Month at 11.00 am our Parish Communion Service in Church

We are  committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults and have a Safeguarding Officer for the whole benefice, Gill Baverstock. If you have any concerns about the wellbeing of a child, young person or adult, please refer to the noticeboard in the church porch or download the policy and flowchart on the left.
