The Rivers Team is part of the Church of England, within the diocese of Sheffield. We are one parish covering the five communities of Brinsworth, Catcliffe, Treeton, Tinsley and Waverley.

Our vision is to be a Church that is alive and actively engaging in our communities, where people are coming to faith, growing in discipleship, worshipping Jesus, supporting each other and serving God through the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit.

Each Sunday the Rivers Team of churches gather together at St. Lawrence's, Tinsley for a time of creative, inspiring worship, teaching and prayer for all-ages which is also livestreamed on our Facebook page.
Café style refreshments are served from 10am and the service starts at 10.30am and a warm welcome is extended to all.
There is a creche area for pre-school age children and a time of activity and teaching for primary school age children.

Baptisms and Confirmations Sunday 10th December

The Bishop of Doncaster, the Rt. Rev. Sophie Jelley, will be joining us for our Worship4All service at St. Lawrence's in Tinsley on Sunday the 10th of December and will be carrying out confirmations, renewal of baptism vows and baptisms.
