Tiverton Mission Community Vision Statement
The Parish Churches of St. Andrew, St. George & St. Paul, and St. Peter in Tiverton together with St. Thomas, Chevithorne with Cove have agreed to form the Tiverton Mission Community.
While retaining our individual identities and varied styles of worship, our churches wish to encourage and motivate each other in Christ, and to offer renewed hope by journeying together to extend the Kingdom of God.
Our vision is to work, play, pray and share together, and to communicate with each other by talking and listening so that the mission community grows and becomes more effective in mission and ministry than we can be by continuing to act individually and separately.
We acknowledge the role of the other churches in Tiverton in mission and ministry of the Tiverton Community, and will continue to foster links with these churches both individually and through Christian Communities Together in Tiverton.
