Welcome to the page for the Church in Westcott – Holy Trinity and St John’s.

Westcott has been served by its two churches since the mid-nineteenth century;  Holy Trinity is the “parish church” – Church of England. St John’s, which has a free church tradition, is now owned by Holy Trinity and is used for social/community activities as well as occasional worship. The Church in Westcott today, then, is one Church, vibrant in prayer, worship, social activities and ministry, aiming to provide for all ages and traditions.  We enjoy normal Sunday attendance of c.130 with over 60 children on role.  We employ a full-time Youth & Children’s Worker who runs many activities for young people.

The village of Westcott, lying in an area of outstanding natural beauty, is a friendly, welcoming community. Church and village work hard together to encourage a sense of belonging.

All are very welcome at our services and activities.
