We are a multi-ethnic family friendly congregation where everyone is welcomed and included in the life of our church.

The Worship Centre is adjacent to the original St Edmund's Church building which is now redundant and is in private ownership, having been turned into flats. The photograph shows the old church and our worship centre. You can find us on Alexandra Road South, next to Range Road.

Worship:
English language services are on Sundays at 10.30am and 6.30pm. The Children and Young People's Church runs parallel to the morning service, starting and finishing in the main church service.
Our style of worship is broadly evangelical, based around C.of E. Common Worship, with bible-based teaching to encourage us to show the love of God in our community. Traditional, contemporary and indigenous styles of music are used in the services led by the Music Group and with the recent additions of a new Digital Piano and a new Digital Organ.
 

At 4.00pm each Sunday we have a service in Urdu (including songs) to which anyone who speaks that language is welcome.

The Parish:
St Edmund's Parish covers part of Whalley Range and the Alexandra Park Estate in Moss Side. Our northern boundary is Moss Lane West, our southern boundary is Brantingham Road. The Worship Centre has been refurbished in recent years and has four areas that are used for meetings and functions by local residents in addition to the church services.
