The Barnham Broom and Upper Yare Team of Parishes.
Thirteen Parishes in the Heart of Norfolk.

We are a rural church in a small Norfolk Village, part of a Team of 13 parishes. Worship takes place once a month on average, but on the first Sunday of each month all the village communities join together for worship in one church building together. Our parish also includes St Andrew, Westfield, although each building will host particular types of service through the year. Harvest is usually at Westfield, Remembrance at Whinburgh.
Considerable restoration work has taken place over recent years, including the nave roof - the work on which received a John Betjeman award, and on the tower and it's roof. During that work a bottle was found hidden by the workmen from the two previous repairs on the tower, the second of which complained about the reluctance of the Vicar who had ordered the repairs to supply sufficient beer to the workers.
Our Group of Parishes was first formed in 1964 and despite the lack of people living in the 40 square miles of our Group we are dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel and serving the community.
