St.Mary's is a living church where God has been worshipped for some 800 years. The present church was built following the Norman Conquest and successive generations have enriched the building and its contents, as an expression of both piety and local pride- most notably the Parker family of Ratton Manor whose memorials are to be found in the Ratton chapel.

Community Cuppa at the Community Centre, Maywood Ave., Willingdon Trees
A weekly drop-in cuppa at the Community Centre, Maywood Avenue, Willingdon Trees. Hearing Aid Battery or tube replacement at the Centre 11 am - 12 noon - on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month manned by volunteers from St. Mary's who have trained for this with the East Sussex Hearing Resources Centre.

LUNCH CLUB at Community Centre, Maywood \Avenue, Willingdon Trees
Register for this event which takes place at the Community Centre, WIllingdon Trees. Lunches every Tuesday from April 13th 2010. Cost £4 for a 2 -course meal with coffee/tea and after dinner mints . Register with Vicky on 504878.
Now twice monthly as from October 2009! every Tuesday at 12:30 PM for 1 hour

MOTHERS' UNION
Monthly meetings (except August- no meeting) on the 1st Tuesday in the month at 2pm in the Church Hall.

YOUTH CLUB
Meets twice a month (1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month) in the Church Hall from 7.30 pm - 9.15 pm. Activities during the year include crafts, cake-decorating and sweet-making- also snooker, table-tennis and board-games.
Every first and third Wednesday at 7:30 PM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

3 MMM's (Mrs., Ms. and Miss)
Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from September to June, in St. Mary's Church Hall, from 8 pm. A variety of evenings and outings are arranged.

Come and have a cuppa in the Church Hall every Thursday from 10am to 12 noon. On the 3rd Thursday every month there is Hearing Aid servicing available - tubing and replacement batteries- with our volunteers from the East Sussex Hearing Resource Centre. All welcome

The Parish Eucharist of Easter

Transforming the Cross from Good Friday into the Cross of Easter day – as in previous years we invite you to bring to church on Easter day a flower with a hard stem – not please daff’s or tulips etc – these will be used to transform our cross into a cross of new life as we rejoice in the resurrection of our Lord.
