Speaker: Bill Wigglesworth After national service in Royal Signals and reading history at Oxford, he had varied experience of managing companies in the food industry (Ranks Hovis McDougall), public policy towards business and competition (Department of Trade and Industry), regulation of business (Office of Telecommunications) and advising internationally on policy and regulation (his own consultancy). For over 25 years he was mainly concerned with the worldwide promotion of competition in telecommunications, on which he has spoken extensively and lectured at City and Westminster Universities.
