St Oswald's is a friendly church and we would love to welcome you. The church building stands at the centre of the village of Winwick on raised ground, welcoming all who pass through. There is evidence that the Christian faith has been here for over 1,000 years and continues today. The Church building is mentioned in the Domesday Book and the church is an integral part of the area's history and community.
On the 29/02/2024, Reverend Martin Cox was appointed Priest-in-Charge at St. Oswald’s Church, Winwick, plus Rector of Christ Church, Croft and Newchurch Parish Church, Culcheth.

Sunday 4th May, 10:30am - Joint Holy Communion at Newchurch Parish Church by Rev. Martin Cox, Rev. Trevor Hodson and Katy Berry.
Sunday 11th May, 10.30 am - Holy Communion by Rev Trevor Hodson and Rev. Alex Clephane.
Sunday 18th May, 9am - Said Holy Communion by Rev Martin Cox.
Sunday 25th May, 10.30am - Holy Communion by Rev Alex Clephane.
Unless otherwise stated services will be at St. Oswald’s Church, Winwick.
