The historic church of St Peter's, Old Woking has been here for some 900 years and is still going strong! King Charles I worshipped at the church in 1627, when he listened to a sermon on the need to be born again through the living word of God. Our church family reflects the parish we serve and comprises people from a diversity of backgrounds and ages, and we warmly welcome you to join us at any of our services. St Peter’s is the parish church for South Woking and is part of the South Woking Team Ministry, which is made up of three churches: St Peter’s, Old Woking; All Souls', Sutton Green and St. Mark’s, Westfield. Barry Grimster is the Team Rector with special responsibility for St Peter’s and Ian Tweedie-Smith is the Team Vicar looking after All Souls’ and St. Mark’s.
