A warm welcome is offered to everyone at St. Mary’s, whether for Sunday worship or as a place for quiet prayer in the middle of a busy day. Our Sunday Worship tries to meet all needs from a quiet, said, Prayer Book Communion service every Sunday to more informal worship at Living Water in the evening of the 2nd Sunday of every month and All Age Worship on the 3rd Sunday morning at 10.15 am. The newly refurbished Catherine Chapel is open daily for quiet prayer. The 10.15 am and 6.00 pm services are accompanied by our choirs and either the famous Schrider Organ or our small music group, St. Mary’s Ensemble.
St. Mary’s is part of the Tyndale Benefice, which includes the surrounding communities of North Nibley, Alderley and Tresham, Charfield and Kingswood. We seek to provide a place where all can worship almighty God and serve the needs of the local community. A warm welcome awaits you at all of our services and activities and you are welcome to use the church for your own time of encounter with the living God.
Wonderfully cheerful, light and airy.
Reverend Rob Axford is our Vicar.
