----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We celebrated our 150th anniversary in 2007, giving thanks for the vision and commitment of those who had gone before us. Building on extensive internal re-ordering in 2003, we work hard to make the church a warm and welcoming environment.

We currently have over 300 on the church electoral roll with an average Sunday attendance of 165 (adults) and a full range of teaching groups for children. Mid-week activities include a number of small groups and a thriving Focus group for the over 50s.

We continually seek fresh ways to connect with our community and make the love of Jesus Christ more widely known.

Sunday

Holy Communion (BCP)
An early morning Holy Communion, based on the Book of Common Prayer, is held every Sunday morning at 8.30am. This is followed, on the first sunday of the month ONLY, by a Parish breakfast in the Church Hall.
Every Sunday at 8:30 AM
Book of Common Prayer
Morning Prayer
A fairly traditional Morning Prayer service is held on the first Sunday of every month. Preaching is generally set around a set bible reading with hymns and worship songs accompanied by an organ, piano and choir. Coffee and tea are served in the Church Hall after the service which provides an invaluable time of fellowship with friends and visitors alike.
Every first Sunday at 10:30 AM
Creche Sunday School Refreshments
Holy Communion
Our Holy Communion is based on the Book of Common Worship and services are held on the second, fourth and fifth Sunday of every month. Refreshments are available in the Church Hall after the service.
Every second fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:30 AM
Creche Sunday School Refreshments Common Worship
Family Service
Our Family Service is specifically aimed at young people and families. We are joined in the Family services by our uniformed organistions (Cubs, Brownies, Guides etc) when flags are paraded. Baptisms usually take place during Family Services. Again the ability to join us for tea and coffee in the Church Hall after the service presents an opportunity for people to get to know each other in an informal and friendly environment.
Every third Sunday at 10:30 AM
Family Friendly Creche Refreshments
CYFA Group
The CYFA group for the 13-19 age range meets in church on Sunday evenings at 6.30 pm, with occasional offsite visits.
Every Sunday at 6:30 PM
