Thursday and Sunday ServicesWe are offering a service of Holy Communion on Thursdays at 11am (traditional) as well as our Sunday services at 10:30am. Social distancing is currently being maintained to help protect each other, masks which cover the nose and mouth must be worn unless exempt, and there is no singing. There is no need to book for a Thursday service if you have previously attended. Julie R. will continue to send invitations for Sunday services to those on her list. Please contact her via a message here or through our Facebook Page if you have not recently heard from her, or if you would like to join us in worship for the first time. Visitors are welcome to book. Do let Julie know as soon as possible if you cannot attend, so that the place can be offered on. Booking is essential in order to be sure of a place on a Sunday.
St Peter’s Covid Response
Following detailed discussions and much prayer, we have decided to keep the restrictions for our Sunday and Thursday services in place during August. The church building will be open between 12 noon and 4pm on Thursdays and Sundays from 1st August, with a request to visitors to wear masks, sanitise hands, keep an appropriate distance from others while inside the building, and refrain from touching anything. The candle stand will not be in use. We will continue to monitor the situation and to respond with your physical, mental and spiritual health as a priority.
