 ber 10.30am onwards \nGeldeston churchyard provides a wonderful area for w
 ildlife: full of wildflowers  with resident populations  of slow worm\, li
 zard\,  grass snake. It is a special place for both wildlife and people an
 d  is  included as one of Norfolk Wildlife Trusts’ churchyard conservati
 on scheme. To maintain the wildlife conservation value\, the church yard n
 eeds to be managed  by letting the wildflower  grassland flowers and set s
 eeds. Once cut\, the grassland needs to be raked off to reduce the build u
 p of nutrients. \n\nYou are invited to come along on Saturday morning to h
 elp with the raking. Many hands make lightwork! \nPlease bring your own ga
 rdening gloves\, a rake and secateurs\,  or  these can  be borrowed if you
  do not have your own \nCake will be provided for the rakers. Its good fun
  and exercise a green gym !
