 enriching part of our community life. Each first and third Wednesday at 6p
 m\, we gather to quieten our minds and create space for God to work within
  us. Whether you are an experienced meditator or simply curious\, we warml
 y welcome you to join us on this journey.\n\nWe believe that meditation is
  a skill that can be developed over time\, much like prayer. It’s an opp
 ortunity to intentionally step away from the noise of daily life and enter
  a state of peaceful awareness. In this silence\, we can listen for God’
 s guidance and deepen our spiritual connection. It is a time to simply "be
 " with God\, without the need for words or specific requests.\n\nOur sessi
 ons are usually around 30 minutes and to help you feel more comfortable du
 ring the session\, we suggest bringing a cushion for the pews.\n\nWe look 
 forward to seeing you there.
