Each regular member of 3 Cheers received a cake box, with contents baked by Elsie’s Tea Room in Coedway and a copy of the booklet of Comfort and Joy reflections for Christmas. That meant approximately 60 portions of cake and 60 mince pies were delivered to the door step. It was a lovely thing to be part of, catching up with old friends, having a chat and a smile. Looking forward to planning something in the New Year now if we are not able to meet in the Village Hall as usual.
