 l be walking even if it rains\, so please bring a good waterproof coat\n\n
 · Please bring a hat & gloves\, even if you don't think you need them\, w
 eather can change.\n\n· I would suggest that a rucksack type bag is a goo
 d idea to wear rather than a handbag or a shoulder bag because it gives yo
 u freedom to move and open gates etc.\n\n· Bring your walking poles if yo
 u use them.\n\n· Please bring some water\n\n· Please bring any medicatio
 n that you need such as epi pens\, inhalers etc.\n\n· Sorry do dogs allow
