  and following announcements by the First Minister of Wales today\, we are
  very sorry to announce that this cannot now take place.\nOur Rector\, Rev
 erend Steve Hollinghurst\, says: 'The Covid situation has changed very rap
 idly since we started planning our Christmas services and the sudden arriv
 al of Omicron has taken us across the line of acceptable risk. \n'The anno
 uncements by the First Minister of Wales last evening and today confirm th
 at we should not be encouraging folk to mix with large groups of strangers
  in indoor settings.\nPlease pass the word around\, take good care of your
 selves and STAY SAFE.'
