DESCRIPTION:Come and meditate with our group. It doesn't matter whether yo
 u've tried meditation before or not. \n\nWe meet monthly\, usually on the 
 2nd Thursday of each month\, 4-5pm\, in St Paul’s Church\, Wokingham\, M
 ay to September\, and in the Rapsey Room\, St Paul’s Parish rooms\, Octo
 ber to April.\n\nWe welcome anyone whether you are Christian\, or of a dif
 ferent faith or none.\n\nThe group belongs to the Worldwide Community of C
 hristian Meditation www.wccm.org which provides useful resources and infor
 mation about meditation. We meditate in the tradition of John Main\, a 20t
 h Century Benedictine monk who rediscovered this ancient Christian traditi
 on.\n\nNo payment or booking needed\, so do just come along.\n\nIf you hav
