There is a thriving bell ringing community in the UK\, and lots of information can be found online about how bells ar e rung.\n\nAnyone in reasonable health can ring bells\, and ringers vary i n age from nine to ninety. Bell ringing is an excellent way to stay active \, test your brain\, contribute to the community\, and be sociable. Our ou tings are also an excellent opportunity to visit other local towers – an d tea rooms!\n\nHow to Join\n\nPractice night is on Monday from 7:30pm\, a nd Sunday ringing starts at 10:15am – but please check with the Tower Ca ptain first in case arrangements have changed. A rope fee applies for visi ting bands\, but there are no charges for regular ringing.
