At last. The news we have longed for.<div>My dear friends, brothers and sisters in Christ; it is with immense joy that we can tell all the world.</div><div>Hesketh with Becconsall, All Saints Parish Church will be re-opening for public Worship on Palm Sunday at 10:30am. </div><div>This is Sunday 28th of March and is in just 2 weeks time.
This will be a service of Holy Communion and we can seat about 45 - 50 people.</div><div>We will need to wear masks, use hand gel and give our names and phone numbers at the door as before. Please sit apart from each other to help with infection control. Please keep a good distance before and after the service when you are coming to and leaving Church. You can have bread, Rev Dave will take the wine on your behalf. </div><div>I hope and pray that this is the end of our lockdown / lockout times. </div><div>Not since the time of King John many centuries ago have we been locked out of our Churches. </div><div>I pray that we will never again suffer this indignity. </div><div>I have informed our beloved Bishops, our Archdeacon and their staff that the PCC voted on Sunday March 7th to reopen.</div><div>We will continue to offer the services on zoom as well, we know that some older friends and some of our number who are not well can't actually attend, but online and in the flesh, we will, God willing, meet and joyfully worship the Mighty Name of the victorious Lord. We will continue to open on Sunday afternoons as well, for private prayer and we will continue in our work to feed those who are in need and to offer help to those who are in difficulty.
God bless us and God save the Queen, who is also our much beloved Duke of Lancaster.</div><div>All our love in Jesus, Rev Dave and Gill xxx</div>
