Harvest Celebration

Occuring
for 45 mins
Venue
Christ Church
Address
Keighley Road Colne, BB8 7HF, United Kingdom

We celebrate God's wonderful creation. Although we are unable to sing our traditional Harvest Hymns we can thank God for all His wonderful gifts to us. This year we are bringing food for our local food banks. Tinned meat and long life milk is especially needed.

Christ Church

Welcome to Christ Church Colne.  We are a happy, friendly, community Church, offering folk of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to meet with, learn more about and worship God together. We have close links with Christ Church Church of England Primary school. Christ Church has a rich history celebrating traditional Church festivals and events as well as the privilege of sharing with many families in baptisms, weddings and funerals. Local people have strong connections to the Church often going back many generations. Everyone is very welcome. It will be lovely to see you.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Colne Christ Church is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Blackburn’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [Anne Brown : [email protected]]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
