 \n\nJoin us for 20 mins or so of functional exercise to help with day to d
 ay life\, prevent trips and falls and generally improve mobility and every
 day strength. Reverend Lesley is fully qualified in exercise and fitness. 
 There will continue to be the opportunity to be weighed.
