Church_news From_the_Vicar

Services have now resumed at St Michael’s.

The pattern for the time being is:

Sundays

10.00 Holy Communion

Starting 6th August:

Thursdays

11.00 Holy Communion

(Book of Common Prayer)

Please note the following guidance:

Please do not attend church if you are unwell or should be self-isolating.

Face coverings should be worn where possible

Sanitise your hands

Leave your collection on the plate at the back of church

Take a seat in one of the available pews straightaway, maintaining social distancing

Follow any directions from the churchwardens about where to sit

People from the same household / support bubble may sit together in the same pew, but people from different households must sit 2m (6 feet) apart. If all are wearing face coverings, this distance may be reduced but must always remain at least 1 metre (3’3”)

A register of attendance is being kept for ‘test and trace’ purposes, in line with Government directives.

After the service

Please leave as directed and don’t gather in the building.

Feel free to chat with your friends in the churchyard / car park, but please maintain social distancing.

Every blessing;

Rev’d Neil Salt, Vicar.
